We’ve been making freshly pressed apple cider at Barsotti Family Juice Company for nearly 40 years. In fact, many hard cider companies use our juice for their own brew. After all, we have the freshest juice around! We’ve been studying hard cider and the nuances of making it right. We’ve even hired industry experts to show us how to transform our juice into the world’s best tasting hard cider. We think we’ve nailed it and hope you have a chance to taste it real soon!

Original Dry

An original dry hard apple cider. Natural sweetness from the apple cider weaves through the palate. Sparkling, and light in appearance. Delicate fruity aroma after pouring into the glass.

Pineapple Ginger

A tropical twist on an original. Intense pineapple flavor, with spicy yet subtle ginger notes. Delicate tropical fruity aroma after pouring into the glass. Sparkling, and sunshine yellow in color.

American Semi-Sweet

A slightly sweeter version of the original Dry. Freshly pressed apple flavor dances on the palate. Delicate fruity aroma after pouring into the glass. Sparkling, and light in appearance.

Pomegranate

Fruity pomegranate flavor, enough sweetness to excite, but not overpower. Delicate fruity aroma after pouring into the glass. Sparkling, and delicately ruby in color.

Heirloom Dry

A genuinely delightful, dry hard apple cider. Crafted using the juice of richly flavored heritage heirloom apples – including Muscat de Bernay, Hauer Pippin, and White Pearmain. Fruit forward, enjoyably dry.

Tangerine

Subtle natural sweetness and delightful tangerine flavor, that lingers on your tongue. Delicate fruity aroma after pouring into the glass. Sparkling, and freshly orange in color.

Straight from Apple Hill

We start every batch with our very own freshly pressed apple cider…pressed daily at our family-owned, solar powered cider mill in famous Apple Hill™ surrounded by rolling orchards and towering pines in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada in Northern California.
